Idle problem! AICV?

ok. so i have a 93 240sx ka24de-t and it seems to be idleing very high at around 1300-1400. It also has a problem when its on the road too.

--lets say im going down the street doing 55... if i put it in N the RPMs go all the way down without stoping at the adjusted idel thus cutting my car off. it also dose the same thing if i rev it in N and let it drop

im pritty sure it dosnt have anything to do with the butterfly valves being kept instead of being removed like most people do when they turbo a KA

it mite help you guys help me if you knew that i have the SCV the FPR and the throttle body all on the same line from the little skinny pipe(the on that is comming out on the bottom half) on the back of the intake manifold. everything else has been removed and blocked, I didnt keep the SCV soleinoid, but im sure its dosnt have to do with my issues, but just in case

what do you guys think? AICV or some other sensor on the intake?

please help me haha i really want to start driving my car to school.... plus... you know how hard it is to spit game at girls with no car?!?! haha
