idle/power steering lines

i was swapping valve covers on my s14. the s14s unlike the dohc s13s have 1 bolt in the back that is so hard to get a bite on i had to move the power steering lines temporarily. i think i pulled it and put it back improperly becuase my idle is at like 900-1000 but sometimes after turning the wheel it will go back down to the normal 750. im not sure its the powersteering but i want to know if anyone else did this. also if that aint the problem then were is the idle adjusting screw in relation to the throttle body. thanks guys
