idle messed up

my idle is all messed up, like when i stop at a light or something the idle goes below 500 sometimes, and it like bounces back and forth, like up and down.

How can i fix this?

there are plenty of posts on this here. all with various causes. so do a search on idle concerns and start going through the recommended processes till you find the one that fixes your car.
