JWT ECU with SAFCII. When I brought the car home I had the SAFCII at 50% + fuel at 800,1600,2400 at low throttle because the idle was between 18 and 21 AFR. You would think that the SAFCII should have changed something but it didn`t. Luckly I had the nissan data scan software so I hooked up the laptop to see what was going on. After a few minutes I compared some old datascan logs with the current logs. 1st thing I noticed was the current log timing was doubled compared to the old. Then I noticed the TPS was showing around 50% at idle. I go back out to the car and turn the ignition on and change the SAFCII to monitor TPS and sure enough the reading was showing 50% even though I was not touching the gas pedal. So I moved my SAFCII outside under the hood and loosen the 2 screws on the TPS. I could not get it to read any lower then 47%. That explains why when I turned the SAFCII to 50% at 800,1600 and 2400 at low throttle that it didn`t change anything because it was all ready at half throttle. Today I bought a new TPS and used my SAFCII to measure the TPS so that it was reading just under 0% throttle. Makes life easier to use the computer! Anyway I just thought I would post a problem and the fix.

Nice! I never thought of using the SAFC to monitor the TPS voltage during adjustment. I always used a meter. Damn things are touchy as hell!

Good to have you back around here man!
