idle jumps when warm

my car has been parked since this started a year ago. car was running fine one day i started it and it stalled for the first time. when driving and stop at a stop sign engine stalls once in a while also hesitates at about 40 mph..

ive changed the plugs checked codes..none.. spark is good and just changed the maf sensor... got it from a junkyard.. also changed the coolant temp sensor..

on a cold start it sometimes runs good and sometimes starts with a high idle when warms up idle jumps from about 700 to about 1200 constantly and wants to stall... i can hear the intake trying to suck air

can some one gimme a way to test the maf sensor and please gimme some opinions i wanna get my car on the road and i dont wanna clean my savings out paying a mechanic

MAF Problem, Clean it: http://q45.org/maf.html. If that doesn't help then replace it. But check the ECU and TCU codes first.

yea thats what i thought but i cleaned it and it ran better for a while then i got one from a junkyard few days ago cleaned it put it in

when the car warms up thats when i get the idle jumping

You guys are rite. I got a maf sensor from the junk yard come to find out that was bad too. There were no codes and the idle would jump . would stall at low speeds and hesitate at 40+ mph.

I got it to a mechanic and they got one for me and flushed my cooling system.

500$ lesson learened but good thing i got the collant system flushed ,i also found out i need rear calipers and all 4 struts
