idle issues

So i have scrolled through many listed idle issues and none of them sound like mine. To start when car is cold i have turbo lag till it warms up thats first problem. Then after it gets warm when i slow down to stop the idle dies down to almost cut the car off but when it comes back up the car sputters at idle and some times will idle almost at a grand . any suggestions? Thanks
