Odd that you're getting a lean running condition...
In my experience, the symptoms described are from running rich, as was stated earlier. I had a similar issue happen last winter, it turned out to be a bad fuel pressure regulator. The regulator was stuck and caused my pressure to go high. I replaced it, and my stalling/non-start issue went away.
I'm wondering if some of your issues are due to a bad tune. The only way to really test it, though, is to have someone with an identical setup that you can plug your ECU into or plug theirs into yours.
You're using good quality parts, so I'm hesitant to point any fingers at them, but this is the aftermarket and crap does happen. I would just start trying to eliminate what the potential cuase of the issue is. Is it not enough fuel? or is it too much air? Either the ECU is reading less air than what is really coming through (possible bad MAF or faulty tune) or the injectors aren't pumping enough (bad injectors, bad FPR, bad tune).
EDIT: Late thought. Since the issue only surfaces at idle, make sure your IACV isn't acting up. I would double check to make sure it's clean and functioning right.
