Boost leak it. Check plugs. Check Timing. Just to be on the safe side.

try checking 02 sensor. mybe it went bad and when it gets hot it starts sending the wrong signals to the ecu. the o2 sensor is supposed to mostly work when it is hot so i guess it would kinda make sense for that to be the problem.

hopefullt this helps

Do you have the stock FPR or an Adjustable one? if you have the stock one switch it to an adjustable. If its adjustable get a fuel pressure gauge and make sure its right. With the vacuum it should be like 43psi w/o it should be 35 i belive... check the numbers behind me. Im not one hundred percent positive.

no i had to fix the boos leak tester i hsould ave time to do it tomorrow hopefully.

today when driving back from work it drove fine then suddenly car dies. start it back up and dies again it didnt want to hold idle. so i just kept feathering the gas to keep it on then when i can to another stop it held idle.

could it be the IACV? can seafoam f*** that up?

did you put the seafoam in your gas or intake? if you put it in your intake then yeah...i would clean your iacv just to be sure. and if you have a blow off...cut your car on and let it idle if it will and put your hand over it...if its letting a decent amount of air out on idle tighten it....that could be your boost leak.

i would take your iacv off and clean it with a rag, a toothbrush, and throttle body cleaner and then see if that doesnt help at all.

i agree with jetblack. take that iacv off and clean. theres probably alot of buildup in there.

i would put my money on a boost leak. 90% of problems with the sr20 are boost related

Seems similar to my problem. At idle it kinda jumps around. When i come to a stop sign and push in the clutch my rpms drop and i stall. Smells like its running rich. i gotta rev it to keep it running after it warms up. racking my brain of what could be wrong. I sprayed carb cleaner into my iacv and didnt work. i guess i should take it off and actually clean it. it ran fine then this past weekend my friend and I boost leak tested it and fixed them all. ive been told possibly the Throttle Position Sensor. i havent gotten a chance to test the volts yet.

Are u running rich all the time or only when it acts up?

U can alway unplug the 02 sensor and see if it drives better.
