Idle issue

Idle issue
I have a 97 nissan hardbody and ran into an issue today. My rpm needle started to bounce. It only happens when I press on the break. What could it be? PLEASE HELP it's my daily!!!

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check your line that goes from manifold to brake booster.

Could it be the brake booster check valve went bad. I have no leaks

Definitely. That's a vacuum leak as well, just internal.

I used carburetor cleaner and it's the break booster that's leaking from inside the cabin
