idle issue

I have 01 qx4 recently smelled something burnt and then started idling low around 300 rpm stopped the engine and restarted it wouldn't idle unless I kept my foot on the gas check engine light was on code was showing o2 sensor and idle control valve now it will turn over but will not start replaced the idle control valve but still will not start any suggestions

In a word or two, your IACV took out your ECM. You need to fix your ECM after you install a new IACV.
