Check for vacuum leaks. That would cause a rough idle. Are the spark plugs gapped properly? Fuel filter clogged? Cat clogged?

Sound like dizzy timing to me. I would try and time it and see what it does. Are you throwing and codes?

If you junk it can use it for a project.

check that your injector is getting a signal with a Noid light, should flash when car is running.

OK I see, so you're a certified mechanic and you haven't tested the fuel pressure regulator, did not see the obvious timing marks on the block around the crank pulley, did not try a new air flow meter and didn't check the vacuum hoses for leaks or missing clamps?

I guess they let just about anyone get certified these days... or perhaps there is less to you then you let on.

The problems can be the idle speed setting, stuck choke or fuel flow obstruction.
