idle is too high how do i fix it

idle is too high. took harness off the AAC valve and i cant back down the idle even with the idle screw ! what can i do, do i adjust the tps with the AAC disconnected, do i buy anew AAC ? what else can i do to get the idle from around 13-1400 back to stock at 750-850?!?1

Do u have the factory service manual, if so check out page EF&EC-49.
