my car has an idleing problem whenever i stop at a stop sign or light the rpm would go down to 500 and then raise back up to normal over and over again but then the engine doesnt dies. also when i clutch it before a stop it does the same.whats wrong?

clean your iacv. disconnect hose from aiv going to filter box.
