... ok im building a strictly track 240 it already has the sr in it and im going with a top mount turbo haeder, so which in turn im chaNGING THE INNERCOOLER PIPING. I am also tring to eliminate alot of that cluster f*$#k under the intake manifold( all the hoses) and crap. MY QUESTION IS... FIRST , DOES THE GREDDY INTAKE MANI HAVE A SPOT FOR THE IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE ? im pretty shure it dosent, but idk. AND MY SECOND QUESTION IS IF THE GREDDY MANI DOSENT HAVE ONE DO U REALLY NEED IT ON THE STOCK MANIFOLD? AND IF IT DOSENT CAN I GET BY RUNNING A FACTORY ECU? or do i need to tune it to idle smooth?

Is the iacv on the stock manifold for 1990. for 91-94 , its not on the manifold per se. i would keep it the iacv if you can. it would be inconvenient not to have it. maybe get rid of the air regulator. iacv is not much weight.

the iacv has the idle speed screw on it. so you need the body, otherwise the car cant idle.
