idle air control valve

I have recently purchased a 92 300zx na. It was purchased for 2000.00 in pretty good mechanical condition.. The only problem i have is the car idles at about 1500 rpm when warm. I have tried adjusting the idle air contol screw( it used to idle at 2200 rpm now it is at 1500 rpm with the screw all the way in), but it is all the way in. I need to know how and where do i check the iac valve with a Fluke ohm/volt meter? and what should the voltage/ohm be?

1500 is way too high with the screw all the way in. That screw should have a small plastic cup at the end of it, check the screw for damage.
