i cannot find the idle adjustment screw on my car. according to the fsm it is in between the 1 and 2 intake runners. i looked everywhere around the intake manifold and i couldnt find any kind of an adjustment screw anywhere. can someone please tell me where it is at and what it looks like. also, do i adjust it while its running or when its shut off?

Its at the back of the intake mani. You really can't see the screw because it is recessed into the IAA valve. You can see this valve on the back of the collecter and then look for a hole about the size of a dime towards the bottom of the valve. Then take your favorite phillips head screw driver and adjust away.

I always leave the engine running. There is a write up in FAQ page on 240sx.org IAA valve adj.
