so my cars been over heating so i changed out the thermostat and it was fine for a day. theres oil in my coolant but there is no coolant in the oil pan. so i swapped out the turbo today to another one and it was the turbo seal that went bad it was mixing. but its still mixing oil and coolant somehow and i was thinking its the headgasket but i dont see any signs of the gasket being blown. i dont even have money right now to pay for a damn gasket + parts + labor etc. it overheated once again after the turbo swap but i didnt flush out the engine and i didnt have my fan on the radiator AND no thermostat. i was thinking of getting the engine professionaly flushed and pressure tested.

i need help what you guys think the problem is. thanks

on a water/oil cooled turbo the two systems are isolated...no way they could mix.
BHG is my vote...and no fans will do it.

theres no way a turbo failing could cause oil and water to mix.

you cooked your engine because you didnt use fans. oops.

i drove around with no fan on for 5 min after swapping out the turbo to see if it was mixing in my radiator again. and its not literally oil and coolant. its just milky. and yeah it can. my turbo seal was blown and there was bunch of build ups in there.

1st off milky = OIL and coollant mixed
2nd Drain the coolant flush the system and see if your hypothetical fix actually worked.

3rd why come to the forums asking about something then contradict the person trying to help you.

4Th go buy a headgasket and replace it. If you can't do it yourself and you can't afford to have someone do it then you most likely should not have that motor or be working on cars.

I dont mean to flame but i love using this pic. :)

Doing the headgasket isnt bad man, I went through 3 during a motor build up, and now gasket kits are available again, its a 139.00 Dollar invest ment, go check Nismoparts you can get the WHOLE gasket kit that much and probably sell of the gaskets you dont use to end up only paying like 60 bucks for the Gasket kit itself, I would throw you 40 for just the oil pump gasket, mainly so I could go and get some cut.
