Holy crap....way for a bunch of crooks to make Nissan look bad.

Anybody want to start placing bets as to how many days it will be until Nissan pulls the franchise from them?

Oh thats lame, and that dealership is right down the street from Disneyland. HOW COULD THEY!

Well, I know my aunt recently bought a Murano from a dealership in that area so now I have to call her up and warn her. Sigh.

I doubt the owner of the dealership had any knowledge about this while it was going on nor do I think the owner has any intent to rip people off. But it does reflect to some extent on who they are hiring in their dealerships. I posted a thread about a year ago about Douglas Nissan in Huntington Beach constantly harrassing me about buying a car despite the fact the car I wanted on their lot was gone. I must have gone through at least 2 months of calling, despite speaking to multiple managers about the problem. It took a post in here before it stopped (though it could have been coincidence). In either case, None of the Douglas Nissans will ever get my business...

I'm with C-Kwik. The owner knows nothing. Just like the identity theft thing with restaurants was going on in 13 states. It was a big one - they caught guys, who stole millions. This is sad and bad here in US. The structure needs to be redone, otherwise this kind of stuff will just keep happening.
