identifying turbo's

I bought a car and was told it came with a T28. when I checked the turbo it says garrett .80 a/r m24 1-2 which I thought was a t25. I've been searching for 3 hours and can't find a turbo that matches that. All the ones I found say 1-1 even t25's. I also read in a post that automatic s15's came with turbo's that said 1-2. Can someone please tell me if this is a t28 or not. I would really appreciate it thanks

Out of all of that mumbojumbo you failed to post the Garrett Part number. Those specs say either T25 or possibly (doubt it) a GTiR T28. Does it look like this:

I can't see the part number with it bolted to the motor. yea it looks like that but mine says .80 a/r.

well you can see a size difference in a t25 and a t28. The t25 is pretty small

You have a T25 from an S13. The auto S15 and later model manual S15 Spec R's DID get S14 turbo's. The picture below has a T25 on the left, and an S15 T28 early model manual turbo on the right.
