I have searched and searched but can't find any reliable information as how to tell what rb26 I have? R32 or R33. Thanks in advance.

Seriously, this has been discussed multiple times all over the internet on many different forums.

If your engine came with a harness, and there is a grey plug hanging over the intake above the cylinder 1 and 2 runners, then it is an R33. Also, as long as the oil fill cap has not been changed, the R33 has a perfectly round oil fill cap, where as the R32 has a notched 5-6 star looking oil cap. On the R32 harmonic balancer, the two large seperators are the same thickness....the R33 one is a little thinner (front). If it has the turbos the O2 sensors are smaller on the R32.

There are a few other differences, try searching a little harder.
