Identifying RB20 engine block

Postby xpitxbullx » Sun Apr 26, 2020 5:45 pm

First time poster.

A friend had me store a couple of engines in my garage. He’s left town a couple years ago and has no longer kept contact with me. This is what I’m looking at. An engine block, crankshaft and cradle. I have no idea what kind of car this was for.

It’s a Nissan RB20 block. Included are pictures of it and any markings it has. There are no cylinders or lifters in it. Also, it looks like someone dropped something heavy on it and there is a chip on the top of it.

Is there any value to this or should I just throw it away?

Thanks in advance,
Jeff
