Identifying Cam Shafts?

I have a DE head I bought from a friend and he was unsure what year 240sx it came out of. I wanted to know if there is a way to determin which cam shafts I have based on the casting number? I think I saw 1 and 3 on them. I was not able to find any threads that could give me a direct answer to this so any help would be appreciated.

S14 intake (232) - orange stripe, first lobe is aligned with the alignment pin
