Might be a stupid question. My friend has a G37 S coupe, but it is unfortunately an auto. But i was wondering how i could check to see if it has the 4-wheel steer option. he doesn't know if he has it or not.

The surest way would be to contact the dealer and give them his VIN. They should be able to tell you every option it came with.

Look on the window sticker. Presuming he bought it new.
