Alright guys, need your help. Kinda sad I don't know this myself, but its been a while. I need to know what wastegate size this is:

I did a quick/dirty measurement and found the diameter of the inlet to be roughly 2.2-2.5 inches, so I'm inclined to believe it's a 60mm. Turbo is an HX35 for reference.

I also wanted to know what you guys think of getting the manifold repaired or replaced. It's got a crack around the collector.

Last I remembered, the manifold is mild steel sch40 and not stainless, so I'm surprised it cracked in the first place. I did have a small oil leak when I first had it mounted though, which may have contributed to weakening it in that area? If I can get it repaired/braced/possibly ceramic coated, great--but seeing how it has cracked once, I feel like it'll crack again.

Getting a new manifold (leaning towards 6boost) should ease most of my worries of future cracking, but there's the i$$ue of reworking my piping.

Both will cost some change, but would it be worth repairing the manifold at this time, or cut losses and see what I can salvage from my current setup?

Thanks!

I can't tell from the pic post some better ones. Is it cracked on the weld? if so yeah you can get it fixed.
