i tried the identify this thread but no one had an answer, so im trying to shed some light.









garret gr series? I want to know the exact name and specifications. that says a/r 50 if you cant see.

exhaust side says m-2, pt-2, a/r 40. thanks.

It is a t-series turbo. It can be internally wastegated or externally wastedgated. with knowing the series you can search garretts website. im in the process of finding the specs on mine. the t-series turbos are at the bottom of the turbo list. this is what i think it is... BB T-Series T3/T4R 757197-4

the guy who sold it to me says its a gt series turbo but doesnt know the trim or specs. i couldnt pass up the deal though. 425 for custom ams mani, turbo, and wastegate.

another guy on zilvia said its a t3 t04e. it is indeed oil and water cooled. not sure if it's BB or not, but most water cooled if not all water cooled turbos are BB. i could be wrong...

not a gt series.. not water cooled, not GT series!

that probably not a AMS mani... it is a log kit from the looks... welds don't look up to there quality

Seller is pretty legit and has gotten a handful of positive feedback from the forum members, so I wouldn't come to think he would lie. Either way, gt series or not, and custom ams or not, I think I got a decent deal considering the turbo has little to no shaft play, and with a polish, the mani would look good as new again. externally wastegated.
