Not sure what the differences are from the 89-90 S13 KAs from the 89-92 Stanzas & 90-97 Pickups.

Please help me figure this one out, I want to know as much as possible so I can explicitly tell potential buyers what they're actually getting. (Hate for them to assume and be trusting/ignorant like me.)

Bigger pics & other angles here:

Appreciate any/all help!

You missed the subject line: "Identify this SOHC Block Please" but thanks for taking interest.

Again, is it a:1) 89-90 240SX KA2) 89-92 Stanza KA3) 90-97 Hardbody Pick-up

Sorry to hi-jack the thread but I didn't know that you could swap the SOHC to a DOHC that way.

If you run a search on NICO, you'll find a ton of info (write-ups/pics) of what's involved.

"For future reference, you can identify blocks via these IDs:The 89-90 240sx cylinder block has ID # 1101040F80The 82-89 Stanza block has ID # 11010V5492Or if it has oil cooler 11010V5493The 90-94 Nissan truck has ID # 1100086G01The 95-97 Nissan truck has ID # 11000F4000

Not sure where these numbers will be on the block

i would talk to Greaser about your whole ordeal since he put a DOHC head on a SOHC block. I'm sure he'll be able to share his experiences with it.
