Identify this Nissan ECU

Before I get numerous posts telling me to search. I have been google searching this for about three hours now. It's not listed on the JWT ECU list, or any previous post. Every webpage that came up on google asking this same question didn't have an answer posted. I've even searched Japanese Ebay listings attempting to Identify this ECU.

Label Reads:
3R
A18-J05 GA6
or
A18-JO5 GA6 (not sure if that's a zero or an O)

From my research the best I can come up with is that it is a 1998 240sx ECU (and that's based on deductive reasoning, the least information is available for that ECU so that's what i'm guessing it is), not sure whether it's manual or Auto and that's what i truly need to know.

Thanks in advance for your help. i'm just trying to get my damn car to pass emissions before my tabs expire
