this is a game like Wheres waldo? anyways, i got this 91 240 and on my way home the power steering stopped working. the previous owner had power steering fluid instead of Dextron.

And as i was aquainting myself with the car i found this.

(for the record i didnt trace these parts anywhere too far because i have a feeling you guys know what this is)so part in green is just chillin there and has a thick white hose goin off it going back and around somewhere. it seems that all it needs is a bolt to attach them together but i also found a white ring/washer/spacer thingy lying around there(no pic, but could get it)and theres this wire(im holding it in the picture, forgot to circle it) not connected to anything, not sure if its broken or just disconnected. and it leads to the power steering fluid container.

umm any thoughts? wtf is thishow expensiveetc. just educate me in general please

oh COME ON man..

someone did exactly that to my damn car..instead of fixing it, they just ripped it out of there, uncool when its 105 regularly in the summer here

al it looks like is its unhooked, i cant remember what size it is on my sr compressor, but thats such and easy fix. buy a bolt

aha ok, yea the guy did say the A/C wasnt charged... heh so il buy a bolt and see where that gets me.

But that suspicious wire is still disconnected and that deffinately leads to the power steering fluid container.
