ok well im taking my KA24E an i was disconnecting and marking parts/wires and i want to know is this part important. Is it have to do with the EGR? Can i just delete it in general? thanks in advanced

it's the aiv. doesn't affect the egr - you can look up what it does.

for the most part, yes you can delete it in general.
