Identify 17" MOMO rims & fit S13 z32 brakes

1) Do you know what is the name of the MOMO rims? And what offset?2) Will they fit onto S13 with z32 brakes and 350Z rotors?

I spent about 5 minutes looking at page after page of crappy Momo wheels on google shopping search. Two things are certain:

-That wheel is likely discontinued as I could find it for sale no where.-That wheel will fit terribly on a 240sx and you should keep looking.

Usually the name, size & offset of a wheel is stamped on it's backside if that helps.

Yes, I also spent 15 min on google but cannot find it.

I just come across a good deal, so I just want to see if it worth to keep a spare set for my S13.

The seller just e-mailed me back and he said 17" 5x114.3 Et 40.

I am not sure if the wheel will hit the coilovers.

Dude, those are NOT a good deal... no matter what the price is. They will will like utter azz on a 240. Keep looking for something closer to 17x9+15...
