ok the ports on the back of the intake manifold.... there is the master brake booster line, the fpr, and then there are 2 more....what are the 2 others for?

You talking about the two large ones that point downward? If so, those are water lines. One runs up from the pipe below it and the other runs back behind the motor to the turbo.
