Well I pulled my plenum off because I was cleaning the throttle body and the brush I was using broke off into it. While I'm in there I'm going to replace 3 injectors. When I bought the car I was told they were all new. Well they aren't haha. I'm going to go ahead and get the new style and adapt the harness with the z1 kit. Also going to clean the IACV, Throttle Bodys, and anything else I can. Going to do an egr delete and coolant line delete. I'm alittle mixed up on the coolant lines. all the write ups I can find are for TTs. I'm also doing a Knock sensor bypass and installing new intake pipes and a new pop charger. Anything else Y'all could think of to do would be great, and any tips or links to a N/A coolant line bypass would be great. Some pics for fun :-)

For the coolant bypass, get some bypass caps and install them on the coolant hard pipes at the back of the motor. Size is 8mm or 5/16.

Other items to consider: vavle cover reseal and paint, new oem fuel line, fuel rail to lower plenum seals, clean everything. Any item that you don't know when it was last changed, now would be a good time to address them.

Why not change all 6 injectors to the new style? I got the kit from Z1, very easy to install.

I got the kit for all 6 but 3 of the injectors are brand new old style. So I don't want to replace them quite yet. I'm doing all the deletes now so it shouldn't be to bad to pull the plenum again when these injectors go to replace with new syle Injectors. Thanks for the Seal tip, I'll order them now. How about what looks like a temp sensor on the fuel rail? should I replace it? And the line between the 2 halfs of the fuel rail?

I would highly recommend replacing that fuel line, as well as the others. You can buy that hose from czp, z1, specialty z. Make sure to get the nissan oem fuel injection hose.

The fuel temp sensor is not an expensive piece to buy, may be good for "while I'm in here already" to change it.

I also forgot in the last post but change out the pcv valves and hoses.

When were the fpr, dampner and fuel filter last changed?

Just got the car so everything is uknown, I have already ordered the fuel filter. I'll go ahead and order the Fuel line and rail seals. PCV valves will be picked up tomorrow and I just bought some more hose. You will have to enlighten me on the other 2 things you mentioned.

They are the fuel pressure regulator and fuel dampener. Here are the links that explain them:

Thanks They both look brand new like the ones off z1 so I assume they were replaced with the 3 fuel injectors. along with all of the fuel lines besides the one between the fuel rails.

Those two tend to turn black if they haven't been changed in a while.

One small tip on that fuel line that ties both rails together: make sure you can get to the clamps when the plenum is installed. That hose is quite difficult to access, and the hose clamps can loosen themselves over time leading to a leak. It is a good idea to periodically check all of them, sometimes they need a little turn with the screwdriver.

Thanks, And yeah The fpr and damper both are shiny brassish. You can see them on top of the freezer ^above^.
