Hey guys, I need to replace the front shocks on my Q, and cannot find them anywhere. I really don't want to purchase them from the dealer, so any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

Get the blues and all the correct rubber from Joe.

You really want to replace all 4 at once. Rears usually go first.

I need to get them replaced today, tomorrow at the latest. Any ideas of maybe a replacement(substitution) shock that isn't from Infiniti?

Shocks are a prime example of the limited aftermarket parts available for the G50. The only shocks available are Tokiko Blues which are 15% stiffer than the Tokiko whites which are OEM. You're going to need struts, bump stops and boots. I'm not sure you're going to be able to find these in a tire shop without them ordering it. Could be wrong.

The blues are available on e-bay but you're going to end up getting the stops and boots from a dealership. You might as well order everything from our sponsor. IOS can come within a few $ of the ebay price and you'll get 25% of the stealership MSRP for all the parts.

Prices- Tokiko blues are 70-80 ea. The whites are about $200/ea.

The only difference between the blue 90-93 and 94-96 FRONT is the bottom mounting hole opening............the 94-96 requires a slightly larger hole.

No, but check ebay. you'll find a lot of tokico 'HP' struts listed. Contact the seller and get the part number to verify that they're the Tokico Blues.

Youre in phoenix so you can go to Infiniti of Scottsdale directly and pick them up, theyll have a set. Also Midway Infiniti should have them.
