I'm open to suggestions...the car's not a show car but I would like something that is aesthetically(sp) pleasing :)

I broke the front bumper the last time we went to the track (front came up, lip/bumper hit ground and cracked) and am looking into replacing it. I jsut can't decide weather to do a kit bumper, or to just do a stock replacement...

Here's a pic of the front.

I'd say stock too... but if anything something cheap so when you break it again it doesn't cost a small fortune. I happen to like the C-West bumper they have for the Zenki. :)

Yea, go stock and see if you can get a bulk buy for the next times.

BTW, your link to http://www.limecreekmotorsports.com is mis-spelled. It has a "c" at the end instead of an "s".

you can do sopmething a little more pleasing to the eye for daily driving and just switch to you stock bumper for track events. I'm still a newbie so I can't really suggest a certain bumper :)

Again, any suggestions are welcome.I was kind of thinking of the erebuni front...

^ that has to be one of the ugliest bodykits i have ever seen. i have a pretty trick idea that i am going to use on my car. get a custom front end and a stock front end, paint em , and mount em with zeus clips. Then you can drive with the bodykit and when trackday comes, your 2 minutes away from a stock bumper. BTW Zeus clips are just simple fasteners you can get at most hardware store, and you just turn a small screw like thingy to undo em.

In my personal opinion, any erebuni kit looks bad on any car ive ever seen it on. Im not sure why, but it really just looks wrong.

Personally, I'd go with a gp sports, ings, or vertex kit. All of them are beautiful and clean. However, they are really expensive so you may not want to put them on the car for racing purposes. They are low as hell and would probably crack more easily than the stock one. Eh oh well.

did the bumper crack or just the lip? if just the lip i would seriously suggest a home depot garden trim lip. i know it sounds ghetto but it looks decent if you do it right and costs next to nothing. if you need a whole new bumper i would look for a used stocker on ebay or some such. if you want somthing that looks show car quality though jspec has a nice one.

bomex has a couple of front bumpers that retain the stock rienforcements and bolt up like factory. wholesale hyperformance is having a pretty good sale on all its aero kits. only thing is bomex is strait fiber, no polyfiber or anything. kits still look good though. bumper also cost = to the oem bumper
