anyone have any ideas for an 18 year old to make some money?It seems like every business out here is either fully staffed or they dont want to hire such a young kid in times like these.i sold some stuff on ebay and i was thinking about trying to fabricate something out to carbon fiber for the coupe but idk how that would work out.anyone got any ideas?

sell drugs... it seems to work for the millionaires on BET. isnt our pop culture awesome? you live in new jersey, i bet you could get involved with the mob. they like young kids like you, with clean records. you'll make a wonderful drug mule someday, kid!

really though, dont go do that. just keep looking for a job. people should want to hire you more so than older folks. you are young, ready to learn, have no bad habits to break and you will work for a lower wage because you havent found the self righteous feeling of astronomical self worth yet. just dont be smug, wear a smile and always remember CALL BACK! if you become a thorn in a manager's side at a place you really want to work, they will eventually give in and hire you. just remember to show heart, diligence and follow through. things will work out for you. just dont get your self involved with the union.

Yea man dont give up, i had my graduation from high school in june of 09 and the day after i just started applying to jobs everywhere i must have submitted 25 job applicatons until i finally got a call from office max. You just gotta be persistant, sure you'll start off with crap pay, but your gaining experience and then you could look for other better paying jobs if you like.

Or you could always become a street pharmicist, no egree required

i would say to get yourself into a trade. those guys make good money after they're certified and it doesn't take too long either, just a few years. becoming an electrician, plumber, carpenter or something is a great way start off and in the long run you can branch off and start your own business if that's your thing. an education's always a good investment
