I'm gearing up towards the swap. I'd like to have everything I need and then some, to be ready before the swap.

Included in my purchase will be a GReddy FMIC, and most likely a sturdier clutch. I know that I need power steering lines from a 92->up 240sx.

Other then minor stuff ( hoses, clamps, etc. ), what other components do I need to make this swap proccess "extra-trip-free" ? This is my daily, and I can't afford to have downtime due to something as careless as missing parts.

I know Heavy throttle makes some sort of install suplement kit, but that seems more as a maintenance and upgrade package as opposed to a " you need it because you don't have it" pacakge.

Thanks for the input.

get the hose/belt kid, its just good thinking...theres no real kit, but most sr20 sites have a list of parts that are recommended..

heres some off the top of my head

-Intercooler-Fuel pump-Fuel filter (from 300zx)-Plugs (from B13 Sentra SE-R)-Something to plug the AIV hole...a nickle pressed in will work-Turbo gasket-Downpipe-Electric Fans-CLUTCH

that's everything off the top of my head..

HT really is the one stop shop for every little doodad you can think of for the SR. Im getting the gasket/seal kit from there. $300 and it replaces them all.

most of those kits are a bit unnecessary. I was all over them and ahad like 3 on my shopping list, but turned out I didn't get a single one, and was just fine doing things as I went along. I know it seems like you want to make sure you have everything before you start, but it's not such a big deal. Save your $ and just get what you really need or spend that $ on important stuff most leave out like a new water pump and thermostat.
