I already have a t28 from an S15

Next on the list are some injectors

Down Pipe

Exhuast

Walboro Fuel Pump

FMIC (Maybe R32 GTR) or (HKS)

S-AFC

Boost Controler

Turbo Manifold (which kind ebay or hks or greddy?????????)

Cams do I need them or not? If so 256 or 264? Which I guess would be nice if I ever decide 300 WHP isnt enough for me

Cam gears

Valve Springs

ACT Clutch (dont need a fancy one something I can use on the streets)

Toda Flywheel

anyone suggest anything else? I want a reliable 300WHP car which I dont have to get under the hood every day. How much do you think this will run me. Now this is the hard part. Paying....

264's are best if you think you'll want more power, but the 256's are ideally matched with the S15 Turbo. I suggest Tomei for your cam choice.

Get a Full Race bottom mount manifold.

Get a FMIC that is pre-fabbed, such as the Blitz LM. Saves you the headache of messing around with intercooler piping fabrication.

You need the proper T28 fitting equipment. The T25 stuff does not work.

I suggest getting some stainless coolant/oil lines for the turbo.

I think a MAFS from a later model R33 GTS off the RB25DET might be a better choice. Its max hp is around 350, but it is more precise than the Z32, and RB20DET.early RB25DET MAFS.

Only downside is that this MAFS isnt exactly the easiest one to come across.

there's no reason for cams for 300whp. stock cams will do.

if you wanted, sell the t28 and get a gt2871r .64.... for the extra money you were going to use to get cams. it will put out 300whp at roughly 18-19psi with stock cams and manifold. if you ever wanted to leave room open for future you can always tack on an intake manifold and cams and go up to 350whp (or more, i dynoed 370 with mine).

you need at least 550cc injectors.

whats nice about that turbo is that it is completely boltup, no need for custom fabbing or etc. just need an intake and a 90 degree 2" silicon hose.

vspl intercooler is cheapest, best intercooler imho. 700/shipped and fitment and piping is perfect.

act clutch stage 3 is nice.

you dont need cam gears at all. or valve springs. im running all stock and its been very reliable.

toda flywheel is nice.

greddy profec b spec ii is a nice ebc. walbro will work just fine.

you will need a z32 maf, i have one for sale, email me if interested [email protected]

good luck

I know I dont need needs cams but nice to have incase I get bored of the power and want to upgrade my turbo. I think the T28 is fine for the time being. I plan on doing an HKS Turbo upgrade if I get bored of the power. Since all of us as car freaks know that we start with 300 WHP then we want more.

What if I cant get a MAF? Can I buy an after market one? Also you guys dont recomend any management? or Boost control and afc is fine?

What? Nah, you don't need that for 300.

i've seen 390 on a stock head gasket. We just pulled the head to replace it though, cause we are upping boost to 24lbs. he got high 300s off of 720 injectors, remapped ECU, GT28R turbo, Intake MAnifold, New Headers, and downpipe exhaust

you may not need stuff like a headgasket or stiffer springs......but its all definitally piece of mind. i'm thinking about a headgasket and stiffer springs and retainers and cams now simply its easiest to build from the bottom up.....the t25 is fine with me for right now

rocker arm stoppers would be a real good idea too if you don't already have them
