I went to check out a S14 motorset in the area and the guy said he couldn't remember exactly, but it was around 160 across the board. Just wondering if it's good or bad and what's ideal. I know with leakdowns it's pretty much a percentage, but not too sure with compression.

160 across the board is good. I think the highest you want to see is 170? But 160 is perfectly fine. Also, all cylinders should be within a deviance of 10 psi.
