you've built... the perfect motor, the wheels sit perfect, its all so special

you already have both corners is one dead?

i haven't read your whole thread, so I am mostly lost on things that the regulars already know. what are you going to do about paint? how much are you spending?

yeah i have both corners but the tab on the drivers side is broken. so i need a new one.

my dad is going paint it for me. he use to do body and fender work professionally. looking at about 600 in paint and materials. going be soild black with some blue pearl highlights.

that is just an estimate. might be less. that is how much my integra cost to paint. of course that was 2 tone. be sweet if it is less for this. but i think my dad is paying for paint. it is like his part to help out with the build.

I've just read pretty much mostly everything of the 37 pages. Took some time but I'm not doing **** right now.

Great build, glad to see someone doing things right.

Gives me some inspiration for my next project.

well tonight i hooked up wires to all the gauge sensors on the motor.tomorrow will be spent finishing wiring them up. here is the wires coming through the firewallyou can tell i am in a wiring processmy main igniton wire and ground wires were cut then joined with a butt connector that just fell of when i pulled on it.^ that is a mess under there. but we will get it figured out. just have to finda source for my gauge lights coming from my main cluster.

does any body know waht this plug is for

and my dad got the rear deck i na 2nd coat of primeronly one more to go there. then he will move on toa different body panel

you should be able to carefully pull your fenders to clear those wheels NO problem... its gonna be a nasty pull, but will look sooooo good and you wont end up smashing your tires into your fenders when you hit bumps...

man ben your wheels slook so freakin nice i cant wait till friday cause im gettin the same elite wheels from phase 2 for my s13 hatcback but im getting the gold 17x9+15 they will look sooo freaking sweet ohhhhhhh i just cant wait. ill post pics of them in my thread when i get them on the car.

and dont worry the main reason your gooing to need to pull your fender is cuase of the +15 ofset the elite wheels have if it was a +20 i think it would be “Tsuda-Ichi” (paper thin) a perfect clearence with the right camber i think.

looks nice though no doubt.

I dont remember but could be a Silvia fog light switch plug. I know there is two of them there both with that plastic cover. I did my S13 dual projector front-end conversion last week. I know I hooked one of these plugs to JDM fog light switch and it works. If I had to guess that second one might be JDM folding mirrors, or not dont know.

Any way car looks good, I hate body work. I'm still dealing with my coupe. Hope to get it painted some time soon.

well all the electrics worked with out that plug hooked up.

found out last night my motor was out of a 180sx. which was nice to know scince i was going to wire my avc-r in today

and my wiring harness is the stock 180 harness uncut just flipped over.

my dad isnt excited about trying to roll my fenders in the rear. so i will just have to tighten the damping o nthe rear coils.

unless i can get him to change his mind lol.

see he alll ready finished on quarter paneland doesnt want to undo it to do it over.

So there are two?

Sure you're not confusing that with the Consult port? That is certainly not the consult (diagnostic port)

well did more wiring. got all the gauge wires figured out. tomorrow we will do the lights for the gauges and the grounds. we just got to get a few more wire ends.

there isa purple wire with a blue strip going to the radio that gets power when you turn the head lights on.

I didnt take any pics cause i figured it be dumb to take pics of just wires.

This side of homemade/custom harnesses, I've never seen a consult port working from anyof the major harness providers. Now, that wouldn't make or break a sale to me, but it would be nicer for some.

Luckily, there are plenty of how to guides on hooking them up. I actually prefer to wire in my own, and leave it in the passenger footwell/ecu area...it's easier to access there anyway :D
