ICC Hack - Cruise brakes to 0mph!!

I own a 2006 M45 with Intelligent Cruise. It releases at20mph. I understand is the design.

I test drove a used 2006 M45 at a lcoal dealer and it braked allthe way down to 0mph. (Yes all the way to full stop!)I followed someone off an off ramp who stopped at the bottomof a ramp.

Does anyone know how this is possible? Is here a hack out there?

I'm sure there are ways to modify some software parameters with a Consult III dealer computer.
