Hey guys, I tried doing a search for what the thing look like. I cant find any pictures at all. My problem is that my idle sits at 1300 sometimes. After i floor it and stop..it stayts at 800. So after alot of searching, I beleive its the IAVC. Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like? Its a 90 240 sohc. Thanks ahead of time guys. Also I saw post about poeple just spraying carb cleaner on it. Can anyone enlighten me on the process. THank you ahead of time

not too be dumb..would anyone have a picture? On the back on the intake mani i just see something that looks like a small gold colored "fuel" filter shaped item. is that it? I cant figure how to get it it off?

it finishes the intake collector at the very back. You'll see a + screw surrounded by a gold colored bracket. that'll cue you in as to which part exactly. But it's kinda hard to tell since the seam is obscured by the damn bracket. The bolts aren't too bad to get to, you can see them even though they're right between the intake collector and the firewall.
