iavc coolent line keep busting off.HELP!!!

whats going on guys and girls. so a few weeks ago i went back home to pick my car up from home. it made it the whole 8hr drive on 95 with no problems. well the next day i tried to drive the car on the highway and the temp began to rise to H. steam was coming from under m manifold so i looked and a hose that connects from the waterline to the iavc had a hole in it. i replaced it but no matter how tight i tighten it it keeps steeming out and eventually busting off. can i have the lines mixed up or something? it seems like its to much pressure in the line? what can the problem be.

are you sure your using the correct diameter hose and not bigger?
