iav valve and fuel pressure question

Alright here is my question I deleted all the emissions from my intake over a year ago. I currently have the vacuum line from my fuel pressure regulator connected to the small vacuum nozzle coming out next to the iac valve and i was wondering would the amount of vacuum the valve is drawing in affect my fuel pressure because i notice that whenever i am flooring it and i let go i shoot orange flames so i dont know if this is making me run rich

I'd hook a vac gauge to that port you are hooked to and see what it's pulling.
