"Step 7:
Using a Sawzall or another type of reciprocating saw and a good metal blade, trim out a section of the driver’s side fender well to allow room for the intercooler piping and air cleaner installation"
GE0 luckily thought of a better way to route the pipes which requires significantly less cutting but still a little bit. Basically you are just opening up the stock hole for the intake resonator so the pipe will bit through on an angle.
