IACV wiring???????

there are 4 wires on my IACV, I know where the light blue wire and black/yellow wires go, but I can't figure out 2 other wires.

blue/redblue/green

where do these 2 wires go? I'm putting an S13 redtop into an S14 chasis. I have the wiring guide, but on my harness, the IACV was completely cut out and I need to re-install it. It looks like it goes to wires on the S14 F3 plug, but I need to know for sure because is so, the blue/green on the F3 plug is for the cooling fan low and I know the SR20 doesn't control the fans on the S13. Any help would be great............
