Sr20det iacv is stuck on. Idle will drop when unplugged but will stay on and car idles at like 2k. Anything else possible other than bad ecu or shorted to ground signal wire? Tps is set at .45 v and sweeps smoothly to 4.13 v (through my datalogging) and timing is at 15° solid.

I'm having the same problem with a SOHC. I've checked the engine coolant temp sensor. It's within spec, but the input voltage at the IACV is about 3v. Spec on the SOHC is 7-10v. I haven't fixed my problem but you might check the temp sensor & input voltage to see if it's right.

I figured it out. Tps should be checked and adjusted WHILE RUNNING because the alternator may skew the tps voltage when trying to adjust it when the car is off.
