IACV Replacement

Has anyone replaced their IACV. I have the low idle and stalling problem on my 93 240sx. I have read the post about cleaning the valve, but the post also indicate that the problem returns. So I am wondering if anyone has actually replaced the valve and whether or not the problem is completely gone. Also what was the cost. I called the dealer and the valve cost about $170.

For those interested the problem is when the engine is warm up and the clutch is pressed down, the idle drops way down to less than 500 rpm. Most of the time (99%) the idle goes back up to 750rpm. On rare occasions, the idle will go so low that the car will stall. I have checked several things even took it to the dealer several times, but they could never find the problem. This problem does not occur all the time, just kind of random.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
