IACV or TPS?

So my stopped running right the other day. Not real sure where to start...When the problem first started I had just got off the highway, and came to a stop and realized the car had shut off. I restarted the car and noticed a very weak idle and it proceded to die again. It seem as long as i am on the throttle it will run ok-ish. On a cold start which i have tried a couple time to make sure the symptom is right, it will start, idle to 2000 then 3000 and die, without any throttle. The car is a 93 KA24de, all emission systems have been deleted( I love Indiana not caring about emission testing). Other then that it is all stock.

I have searched but my symtoms are slighly different then IACV, I havent ruled it out....Every one I have talked thinks TPS though.

Any help would be great.

lower your idle speed then go after your tps setting.
