IACV dilema

So i recently swaped out my ka24e, for a ka24de, got every thing wired right, but the problem is, that if hook up the vaccum line from the IACV to the intake tube it stalls right away, when it's warmed up. Also the car won't run right when it cold either,( when the line is hooked up), it sits there and idles up and down, nearly to the point of stalling. Also there is a smaller vaccum line next to the large one on the intake tube, and i have no idea where the it hooks too! If anyone can help it would be appreciated

I will tell you this ,SLOW DOWN! If when you connect the line to the intake tube it stalls and when not hooked up it runs that part is either very dirty/clogged or dead and you need a new one. As for the other line if its close to the intake I think thats your aac or charcoal canister vac line.

Next post try and make a bit more understandable,it will go better for you and you must search these thing as it has been discussed. If it can happen to the ka it has already has and has been over on NICO.

well as a matter of fact the IACV is brand new, and all other options have now been looked at, and still no one seems to know the problem, Had i known it was gonna be a big inconvience for some one to reply, or tell me to search, then all this tells me is that this forum may seem to be full of a bunch of whinners!!! And oh by the way i did search!!!!!
