IACV Coolant lines

Hi,

Ive got a Redtop SR that was swapped by someone else. My IACV 's coolant lines are not hooked up. They was bypassed somewhere. Where are these lines supposed to draw coolant from/to and are they needed for the IACV to do its job correctly?

does anyone have experience with redtop IACV? Do these coolant lines run to somewhere on engine or firewall? Mine have bypassed the IACV, and it does not idle too well (sometimes a little high, sometimes stalls)

The coolant lines run off of the coolant pipes that are next to the block behind the intake manifold close to the firewall.
